We have been maintaining Daybreak Master HOA for the last seven years. We currently maintain 84 acres of parks and open spaces within the Daybreak Community. We work hand in hand with the property management company CCMC to continue to enhance the master vision of Daybreak. On top of regular maintenance, we provide many services and enhancements including irrigation management, shrub and tree management and replacement, bark replenishment, pesticide management and other various projects. Daybreak has very high standards which we are proud to uphold and improve on every day.

We have worked with a team of architects and designers on a 3-year total landscape renovation project. Focusing on water wise irrigation, drought tolerant plants, eye-catching textures, dry stream bed and seat walls. In addition to the landscape overhaul we introduced splashes of annual color throughout the property creating a warm and welcoming landscape.
We are the preferred provider of all Landscape Maintenance and Snow & Ice Control on the following Steward Healthcare campuses; Jordan Valley Medical Center South Valley Campus, Jordan Valley Medical Center West Valley Campus, Mountain Pointe Medical in Lehi, Salt Lake Regional Hospital, Davis Hospital, The Davis Weber Hospital and Steward Urgent Care.
Our commitment to provide high quality landscapes has been an excellent match to the amazing communities from Sego Homes. We are a preferred vendor for all of their new communities in Daybreak. As they grow throughout the valley, we will be there to provide the perfect landscape for any type of development the build.
Our displays depict color blocking which is an excellent flower display strategy. It is especially helpful when you are creating great marketing paths and venues at your business. Color blocking is a technique in which a mass quantity of color is used to create a dramatic or eye-catching effect. This is a creative, yet simple, way to display flowers, blooming plants or bedding plants.
That strategy resulted in making Aerospace winner of acclaimed Best of State Outdoor living area and landscape Award.
The opportunity to work with Jacobsen Construction has further proved our ability to work high profile, multi-aspect landscape installations. The unique design of the project incorporated geometric shapes and lines throughout the landscape. Drone footage was used to assist in the layout and install of the various segments. The art installation fit perfectly into the design and adds to the beauty of the site.
