1. Agreement to Terms<\/h3>

By visiting daisymaids.com, requesting a quote, scheduling a cleaning service, or otherwise engaging with Daisy Maids (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.<\/p>

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/p>

2. Our Services<\/h3>

Daisy Maids provides professional residential cleaning services in Utah, including but not limited to:<\/p>

  • General cleaning<\/li>
  • Deep cleaning<\/li>
  • Move-in \/ move-out cleaning<\/li>
  • Recurring cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)<\/li>
  • Post-construction \/ remodel cleaning<\/li>
  • Home sanitizing and disinfecting services<\/li><\/ul>

    Services are available in Salt Lake City and throughout northern and central Utah, including Sandy, Draper, Provo, Orem, Ogden, Park City, Layton, West Valley, and surrounding areas.<\/p>

    3. Quotes and Pricing<\/h3>

    3.1 Estimates<\/p>

    Quotes provided via phone, email, or our website estimate form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition, size, or scope of the job differs materially from what was described.<\/p>

    3.2 Flat-Rate Pricing<\/h3>

    Daisy Maids charges by the job, not by the hour. Your quoted price covers the full scope of the agreed service.<\/p>

    3.3 Price Changes<\/h3>

    We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Recurring clients will be notified in advance of any rate changes.<\/p>

    4. Scheduling and Cancellations<\/h3>

    4.1 Booking<\/h3>

    Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement between you and Daisy Maids. We will confirm your booking via phone or email.<\/p>

    4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/h3>

    We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice<\/strong> if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows.<\/p>

    4.3 Access to Your Home<\/h3>

    You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.<\/p>

    4.4 Our Right to Cancel<\/h3>

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and offer an alternative time.<\/p>

    5. Satisfaction Guarantee<\/h3>

    We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours<\/strong> of your service and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.<\/p>

    Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:<\/p>

    • Areas not included in the scope of service agreed upon<\/li>
    • Damage pre-existing prior to our visit<\/li>
    • Conditions resulting from customer-provided instructions or products<\/li><\/ul>

      6. Your Responsibilities<\/h3>

      You agree to:<\/p>

      • Provide accurate information about your home’s size, condition, and cleaning needs when requesting a quote<\/li>
      • Disclose any known hazards, pets, or areas requiring special attention<\/li>
      • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to our visit<\/li>
      • Ensure a safe working environment for our team, including a home free from biohazards or conditions posing unreasonable risk to our staff<\/li><\/ul>

        7. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

        7.1 Property Damage<\/h3>

        While our team takes great care in your home, accidents can occasionally happen. If we damage an item during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours<\/strong> of service completion. We will work with you to address the situation in good faith.<\/p>

        We are not responsible for:<\/p>

        • Damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or of high value<\/li>
        • Pre-existing damage<\/li>
        • Damage resulting from defective items or improper installation<\/li><\/ul>

          7.2 Liability Cap<\/h3>

          To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Utah law, Daisy Maids’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.<\/p>

          7.3 No Consequential Damages<\/h3>

          Daisy Maids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or loss of income.<\/p>

          8. Prohibited Uses<\/h3>

          When using our website, you agree not to:<\/p>

          • Submit false or misleading information in quote requests or contact forms<\/li>
          • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data<\/li>
          • Use our website for any unlawful purpose<\/li>
          • Harvest contact information or engage in unsolicited marketing toward our staff<\/li><\/ul>

            9. Intellectual Property<\/h3>

            All content on daisymaids.com \u2014 including text, images, logos, and the “Daisy Maids” brand \u2014 is owned by or licensed to Daisy Maids and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.<\/p>

            10. Third-Party Services<\/h3>

            Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services including Square (gift certificates) and Google (analytics, advertising). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Daisy Maids is not responsible for third-party content or practices.<\/p>

            By providing your phone number and submitting our quote form, you consent to receive automated promotional text messages from Daisy Maids. Consent is not a condition of purchase.             12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h3>

            These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.<\/p>

            We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.<\/p>

            13. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h3>

            Our services and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daisy Maids disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.<\/p>
