Some muscle loss can happen during weight loss, especially if you lose weight quickly. That’s why we focus on protecting lean muscle with strength training, adequate protein, and a plan tailored to your needs. For some men, we may also review hormone levels as part of the full picture.

Some people have side effects, especially when starting or increasing the dose. Nausea is common, along with constipation or diarrhea. We usually start with a low dose and increase gradually, and we’ll guide you on ways to manage symptoms as your body adjusts.
